Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, selected service and message, together with any company, telephone, collection, destination or container details you choose to provide. Please do not include payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information. This form does not accept attachments, create a booking or take payment.

How enquiries are used

Enquiries are currently handled by the business owner in Australia and used to respond to your enquiry, not for marketing. Messages are sent to info@amlsolution.com.au. We do not send an automatic customer reply. Acceptance by our email service is not a guarantee of inbox delivery or a commitment to a reply time.

Website and email services

We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website, including its Turnstile security check and server-side abuse controls. Google provides our enquiry email service. These providers process information needed to operate their services; processing is not represented as occurring only in Australia. Cloudflare may process network and device information for security. Our enquiry protection records use technical references, times, status and keyed fingerprints to help limit abuse and duplicate sending; they do not store the enquiry message itself in that protection ledger.

The form stores a submission reference and status in your browser to help prevent accidental resubmission after a lost response. It does not store your message or contact details in that browser record. Please do not resubmit an enquiry whose outcome is unknown.

Our service providers operate internationally. Information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States and the Netherlands; we have not established a complete country-by-country processing list for these services. Google describes its servers as located around the world, Cloudflare describes storage primarily in the United States and European Economic Area, and redirect.pizza describes processing in the Netherlands and locations used by its service providers.

When you visit amlsolution.com.au without “www”, redirect.pizza routes your browser to our www website. That service receives the network information and URL needed to perform the redirect, including a query string if present. Please do not place personal or sensitive information in website URLs. The enquiry form sends its contents to the www website, not to the redirect service.

To ask about information you have provided, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, email info@amlsolution.com.au. Include only the information needed for your request. We do not promise a fixed retention period, immediate deletion or a particular data-storage country in this notice.

Please describe your concern and how you would like us to contact you. The business owner handles these requests and may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. If you remain concerned about our handling of a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Our Staff Portal is a separate sign-in service. Using the public enquiry form does not create a staff or customer account. External links are subject to the relevant service's own practices.
